“Trash picking has gone viral. I travel and I come from the Jura where I stayed for three months. Saturday morning, I set up my stand on the Beaune market, for an awareness campaign. I received a very warm welcome. I also went to the vineyards to pick up the cans and cigarette butts left by the pickers in the rows. I also work in schools. The next steps will be Sens and Paris»

"In 2015, he created the collection association Un déchet par jour, which aims to make everyone aware of picking up one piece of waste per day. During the three days he spent in Beaune, he went to the Public Welfare agency on Monday.

"Monday, September 5, the 74 children of the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges school in Les Rousses carried out a cleaning operation which resulted in the collection of 400 cigarette butts near the school. That is 5.4 cigarette butts per student ."
